Welcome to Westcreek Ranch Community,

Tucked in between the gates and forest is a small neighborhood of 60 townhomes where life tends to move at a dog walking pace. Our community is small enough that familiar faces appear often, yet spacious enough for everyone to enjoy their own rhythm of daily life. Well kept landscaping and shared green spaces add a bit of calm to the surroundings, giving the neighborhood a sense of care and quiet pride.

Whether you are new here or have been part of the neighborhood for years, we hope you enjoy the charm, calm, and neighborly spirit that make this community special.

Pool & Spa

The pool and hot tub are open year round, giving residents a comfortable place to unwind whenever the mood strikes. On warm days, the pool is a natural gathering spot where neighbors cool off and chat. When the weather turns cooler, the hot tub offers a quiet place to soak and decompress.

No matter the season, the pool area is a place where residents naturally come together. Whether you're swimming laps, floating quietly, or just pulling up a chair to enjoy the fresh air, it's a comfortable and welcoming space to share with friends, family, and neighbors throughout the year.

Greenbelt

Nestled against the breathtaking greenbelt, Westcreek Ranch provides residents with a serene and picturesque setting to enjoy every single day. This spectacular location is 10 miles from downtown, close to many restaurants and yet still has a feel of nature, with 19 miles of hiking trails accessible right from the community.

The Greenbelt is a true neighborhood gem, perfect for morning jogs, afternoon hikes, or peaceful walks. It's also a wonderfully dog-friendly area, with plenty of room to explore the trails, sniff around, and find a favorite shady spot along the path.

It's a neighborhood where nature, community, and daily life come together in a way that feels easy and unhurried. Everything you need is nearby, and there's always somewhere pleasant to go for a walk.

 FAQs

  • Wednesday is trash pickup day, put your garbage out the night before as they usually come early on Wednesday morning. Recycling is every other Wednesday.

  • The monthly dues cover landscaping, pool maintenance, maintenance to the exteriors of units, including roofs, and shared community water fees for the units.

  • Lights outside unit doors and outside the garages are not required to be kept on at night but it is highly recommended as they keep the community lit and safe.  Dusk to dawn bulbs are a recommended inexpensive option (around $8/year) for lights that will automatically turn off at dawk and on at dusk.

  • Guests can park on the right side of the complex as entered through the front gate.  Avoid the side that says Fire Lane as that side needs to be kept clear for emergency vehicles.  Please ask guests to not block unit driveways and to not park on gravel as sprinkler heads for the lawn are in that area.

  • No, dogs must be leashed in all areas of the property, including common elements areas.

  • Please enter a request through Rowcal’s portal.  There will be a $25 charge per clicker provided.

  • The board hosts quarterly meetings for status updates of the community and information for owners.  The community also has an informal book club that meets monthly, all are welcome!
